Syma is an independent developer of energy infrastructure projects, focused on renewables and storage. We create value by acquiring and developing the rights needed to build energy plants — construction and grid connection rights — transforming them into assets of growing industrial and financial relevance. Projects are then sold at various stages of maturity up to Ready-to-Build, generating returns and freeing capital for reinvestment in new opportunities.

The group is active in Poland, Italy and Romania. The combination of Italian industrial and financial know-how with Polish technical talent and market access creates a strong competitive advantage in the CEE and Southern European markets.

The choice is linked to the Italian-Polish origins of the founding family. Wrocław is a competitive technology hub, with a growing multicultural ecosystem and a strategic geographical position in the heart of Europe. Poland, with its dependence on coal and growing industry, represents one of the most promising markets for the energy transition.

The dual presence allows Syma to act as a bridge between Italy and Poland. Italy sees Poland as an emerging market in the energy transition, while Poland sees Italy as an industrial and financial reference. This allows the group to access both Italian capital and Polish technical talent, strengthening credibility with partners operating in both jurisdictions.

Syma has developed a proprietary end-to-end software platform for permitting and pipeline management, unique in the sector. The platform manages permits, tasks and internal communication, reducing development times and increasing transparency and traceability at every stage of the project. It is shared with selected partners for real-time monitoring of technical, operational and financial KPIs.

The group will continue to feed the pipeline, selling a portion of RTB projects to generate liquidity while retaining strategic stakes in the most profitable projects, in partnership with industrial operators capable of financing and managing the operational phase. This approach allows Syma to diversify and stabilize cash flows, modulating capital raising (equity or debt) based on opportunities.

The group prioritizes partners with a patient capital horizon of at least 5–7 years, strong ethics and transparency, corporate finance competencies and a track record in infrastructure or energy. Beyond capital contribution, Syma values know-how sharing and network access.

Syma maintains a broadly diversified portfolio by country, technology and development stage. With low fixed costs, hundreds of active land contracts across multiple jurisdictions, and the flexibility to shift rapidly between solar, wind, batteries and EV charging, the business model is resilient and scalable. Even a small portion of successfully completed projects more than covers all operating costs.
