FAQ

SYMA is an independent developer of energy infrastructure projects, specialising in renewable energy and energy storage. We create value by acquiring and developing the rights necessary for investment delivery — in particular construction rights and grid connection conditions — transforming early-stage projects into bankable assets of high industrial and investment value.

We develop projects from greenfield stage through to Ready-to-Build status, then sell them at various stages of maturity, generating returns and reinvesting capital in further portfolio development.

SYMA operates in Poland, Italy and Romania. The combination of Italian industrial and financial experience with Polish technical expertise and local market knowledge enables the group to effectively develop renewable energy projects in Central Eastern and Southern Europe.

The choice of Wrocław stems from the Polish-Italian roots of the group's founders and the city's strategic potential. Wrocław is one of the most important technology and business centres in Central Europe, offering an international environment, access to qualified professionals and a convenient location at the heart of Europe.

Poland, as a country undergoing an intensive energy transition, remains one of the most promising markets for renewable energy development in the region.

SYMA's presence in both Poland and Italy allows the group to combine the experience of two complementary energy markets. Italy has a developed industrial, financial and investment base, while Poland is among the fastest-growing energy transition markets in Europe.

This model enables SYMA to effectively combine access to international capital with technical and operational expertise developed in the Polish market. It strengthens the group's position and builds credibility among partners and investors operating in both countries.

SYMA is developing a proprietary end-to-end digital platform supporting the management of the entire renewable energy project development process. The system has been designed for comprehensive management of permitting, tasks, documentation and internal communication, increasing operational efficiency and process transparency at every stage of project delivery.

The platform enables real-time monitoring of key technical, operational and financial indicators, and selected partners can access dedicated project data and reports. Through process digitisation, SYMA effectively shortens project development times and improves investment pipeline management quality.

SYMA plans a gradual evolution from the development model towards Independent Power Producer (IPP). The group's strategy envisages further pipeline development and the sale of a portion of assets at the Ready-to-Build stage to maintain liquidity and fund further investments.

At the same time, SYMA intends to selectively retain stakes in the most promising projects, delivered in cooperation with industrial and financial partners possessing the competencies for construction and operational management of energy assets.

This model allows the group to gradually build stable, long-term revenue sources, diversify financial flows and flexibly adjust the financing structure — both equity and debt — to market conditions and the stage of project development.

SYMA works with partners who share a long-term approach to infrastructure project development and energy transition. The group prioritises entities with a stable investment horizon, high ethical standards and operational transparency, as well as experience in the energy, infrastructure or corporate finance sectors.

Beyond capital, strategic competencies, know-how exchange and access to international business and investment networks also play an important role. SYMA focuses on partnerships built on trust, shared goals and long-term value creation.

SYMA develops a diversified project portfolio by geography, technology and investment stage. The group operates in Poland, Italy and Romania, developing projects in solar PV, wind energy, battery energy storage (BESS) and EV charging infrastructure.

The business model is based on a flexible approach to capital allocation and project pipeline development, enabling adaptation to changing market and regulatory conditions. Thanks to relatively low fixed costs, a broad base of secured land and a large number of projects being developed in parallel, the group maintains a high level of operational resilience and business scalability.

The portfolio structure means that even a limited number of successfully completed projects can cover operating costs and fund further business development.

The process begins with an initial contact — via the website form or directly to our investor relations team email. Following an introductory conversation and mutual understanding of expectations, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, followed by access to detailed investment materials.

Subsequent steps include due diligence, negotiation of partnership terms and agreement on the investment structure. At every stage of the process, we ensure full transparency and direct contact with SYMA's management team.
